CPR Assessment Instructions

While viewing the slides presentation be sure to take notes. You may view the slides presentation while you complete the assessment. A variety of situations and topics will be presented about the importance of being a trained First Aid Provider.

Part 1: View the slides  

To view the slides, click on the following link > CPR

A graded First Aid Provider Quiz has been created for you to take after you view the slides presentation. The quiz questions have been designed to test your knowledge and recall with regard to:

• • Explain the functions of the respiratory & circulatory system

  • Recognize and provide first aid for cardiac arrest

  • Describe "Hands Only" CPR

  • Describe how to perform chest compressions

  • Describe what Rescue Breaths are

Part 2: Complete the Assessment Quiz

The assessment Quiz for this assignment is timed. You may want to open up two web tabs, one with the quiz and the other with the slides presentation. It is not cheating if you do this. It is cheating if you work with someone else on this quiz.

Part 3: Begin the Quiz

1.  Click the Take Quiz button in the middle of this screen

2.  Answer the first question presented to you

3.  Then, click "Next" to move onto the next question

4. Once you've answered all of the questions, click the Submit Quiz button
