Directions: Use the information below to help you match resources to their type.

There are three types of  resources humans use to meet their needs: renewable resources, non-renewable resources, and inexhaustible resources.

• Renewable resources are natural resources that natural systems regenerate within a useful amount of time. 
• Nonrenewable resources are resources that are finite and exhaustible. They cannot be replenished as quickly as they are consumed. 
• Inexhaustible resources are resources that will never run out.
