English 11 Honors

Welcome!

To begin your canvas training, please go to our course content which is located in the "Modules" tab to the left. From there you will find a Module entitled, "Welcome to Class: Your Journey Begins HERE!" which will help teach you how to navigate Canvas and introduce you to the syllabus with our class rules and expectations.

You will read through the information provided about this course, then take a Kahoot Quiz to check your understanding. You will also interact with your classmates through a Flipgrid introduction. I am excited to see your faces and to get to know you as we take on this new adventure of distance learning.

Please see the links below to help navigate this course. You can also use the links to the left of this home page, it is important that you check the Announcements, Modules, Zoom, and Grades links as they will be updated each week.

Throughout this course, you will receive a list of tasks on Monday/Tuesday that will be due by midnight every Saturday. Attendance will be taken daily, so if you miss a Zoom class, please email me immediately and complete the assigned task to be marked present. You can find my contact information in the link entitled, "Resources" below, or by clicking on "Syllabus" to the left of this screen.
